In a quiet protest for peace, people supporting the organization “Peace is Every Step” walked 1 1/2 miles from Reed Park (located at Wilshire/Lincoln in Santa Monica) to Arlington West located at the north side of Santa Monica Pier on Sunday afternoon, Jan. 22, 2006. Here, Marina Del Rey resident, True Recollection of Love, prays to Buddha for those servicemen who have lost their lives.
